We train future specialists within our company

We are always looking for new people who wish to join the Ursuit Baltics team. New employees do not need to have all the required skills from the start; what matters most is a strong desire and willingness to learn and later work in the field of sewing.

We offer an in-house training program, a modern classroom, and experienced staff who guide new team members step by step.

In cooperation with the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, we help new employees become skilled specialists in the production of textiles and technical garments.
